You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if you have not started Case 2 in the paid bundle.
After Case 2 has been started, the bundle is generally considered used and non-refundable because digital access, practice content, and feedback generation have begun.
Technical issues
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a purchased product, contact us promptly. We may troubleshoot, restore access, provide replacement access, or issue a refund depending on the circumstances.
Non-refundable situations
- Completed or substantially used digital practice bundles.
- Requests made after the refund window unless required by law or approved by CaseLab.
- Account sharing, misuse, policy violations, or attempts to abuse the refund process.
How to request a refund
Email support@caselab.academy with the account email used at checkout, purchase date, and reason for the request. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider.
